The Annex, Loft and Cottage have a rustic yet modern vibe. 

The 3 studios are cluster together on the 2nd floor spanning 5121 SF. They can be rented out together for larger events or individually to fit the needs of your event

Event Rates

3 hour minimum bookings. Starting at $125/hr plus hst. Please inquire about half day and full day rates. Event package and tours provide upon request.

Weekday & Weekend Rates Available. Please contact us for pricing.

    • Special Event Permit (if you serve Alcohol)

    • Loft - 948 SF | 30 to 40 guests
    • Cottage - 500 SF | 20 to 25 guests
    • Annex, Loft & Cottage - 5121 SF | 120 guest
